COVID-19 UPDATE - EXCHANGES & RETURNS:
Due to the ongoing situation with COVID-19, we temporarily stop accepting returns in order to reduce the risk of the spread of the virus. We are extending the return period from 14 to 60 days from the date of receiving your order.
COVID-19 UPDATE - SHIPPING:
Due to the impact of COVID-19 on fulfillment and shipping infrastructure, order delivery could be delayed by up to 14 business days.
Fulfilling our role to stop climate change and reduce global emissions we consciously adopted eco-friendly shipping methods which may result in longer delivery timings.
What we do?
- We consolidate purchases into single shipments. Fewer shipments - less emission and pollution.
- We reduced excessive or unnecessary packaging to the minimum and use only sustainable and/or recycled eco materials.
- Avoid using mixed materials and Styrofoam in packaging.
What to expect:
- The average arrival time is 14-20 business days.
- In rare cases for bigger orders, it may take up to 30 days for the package to arrive.

We offer hustle-free returns. Changed your mind? There was a defect in our workshop? Any item may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receiving the order. To be eligible for a refund:
- The item(s) must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.
- Shipped out within the specified time period
- We kindly ask you to cover the shipping cost
- Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
